Hi,

Yes indeed its great to see the kind of technology Rwanda is adopting to
manage queues at the revenue authority ,perhaps we could also adopt this,
am sure this kind of system has been used in the Kenyan telecare /customer
care centers . This could really reduce the waiting that is sometimes quite
inconvenient.
