[kictanet] CCK Should Provide Tools for Service Monitoring

Hi Muchiri,

I have the same problem with my ISP. Tests I ran yesterday showed I was
getting 1% of the advertised bandwidth. I have also been told to use their
tool/speetest site to check teh connection.

I have also told them on numerous occasions that when they can host CNN,
Yahoo, YouTube, Google, GMail, etc on their local servers is when I will be
interested in local speeds between my premises and theirs.

What CCK needs to do is set minimum standards for Quality of Service. Just
because the connections we have are shared does not mean we should get
terrible service.
