Hi,

I agree with Robert on the 10% of members would normally be active. I don't
think "Read Mode" is necessarily a bad thing. Even Solomon in his wisdom
said "Proverbs 17:28 Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when
he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent." As the Lister's are mostly
Kenyans, they are stakeholders. As indicated elsewhere, this list consists
of people from different walks of life or sectors thus people tend to
contribute to conversations that touch on their area of passion or
expertise. Kudos to those who have been active the rest of us are the
silent interested listeners. However silence is not inactivity.
