Hi,

The ratio of active members to total membership is normally 10% any other way and we shall need to rewrite the business books and increase the number of teachers in schools.

A vote will not help as many of the read only members will still not vote, can we then implement a CPE (continuous professional education) point system where as a member of the list you must make at least 1 contribution per year to retain your membership.

On sites like Wazua they give categories the members and on most support forums the members give points for the quality of contributions (ooops should not have brought that one up).

The current list membership count is 692. This does not include even a single address to which mail cannot be delivered.

From my experience being on this list, many participants are, as Mucheru says, on "read only mode".
