+1 Joe, we have had a similar argument in the global IGF forum where some feel it should make decisions whereas others feel the status quo should be retained that is a common platform that makes all equal and allows peer to peer discussions, meeting diverse stakeholder expectations is not easy but can be achieved by intentional moves to take stock, feedback as adopted by the UNIGF which to me is a perfect showcase.
