[kictanet] Registrar of Companies computerisation

Is it possible as a first dtep (quick win) to automate the name search
function? At the moment one has to go through a cumbersome manual system
of writing a letter to the registrar of business names, paying some
money and then waiting for days for an answer that is often negative -
just to check availability of a name. We can learn from registering an
email address with yahoo or gmail. Just find out if the name is
available online and the process should be objective and take only
seconds.
