[kictanet] Occupy NYC-still ICTs?

Walu - how do you get foreigners to come and invest in the ICT or
any other sector when some people are claiming police are
shooting people in the streets of Nairobi? You have an option to
keep quiet ("because it is not ICT"), or to refute.

forgive my concern - are we still talking ICTs or elected to go
slightly off-tangent? I could be alone but lately I have been
finding less and less of ICT threads popping up...

Anybody with a grasp of history would know that USA is a police
  state.
Violent and inhuman than most of the darkest parts of Africa.
Voting will note change anything on corporate greed, and poor
policies. But civil movements will do. This has been happening
  all
  over the world.
Any African who thinks Americans are better than Africans need
  first
to decolonise the mind before the debate can become productive.
