[kictanet] Static IP Address

We have devices that can support the set-up described below enabling mobile
service providers to deliver 3G services and Telephony in one CPE
especially to the SME's and remote branches. It allows access network
resource optimization [CPE will force route voice to GSM and data to
3G], 10 Sip
Registers (user accounts) via IP + a couple via FXand  Easy migration from
GSM/3G trunk to SIP or failover SIP to GSM/3G
