Hi,

I was reading through the CIO May issue and came across and interesting article 
on the roll out of metro fibre optic cable in South Africa.

i3 Africa is rolling out their national fibre optic cable through the sewerage 
system, this should increase the cost of hiring vandals to sabotage the 
competitors network, this could be a new revenue stream for our local 
authorities.
