On Saturday the Rwandese ambassador said that only an ISP license was
cancelled from Star Times. In good faith, our writers took him at his word
and published a correction to the Friday article.
Well, here is the link to the Rwandese government website confirming that a
radio license issued to Star Times was actually revoked.
