Dr. Ochuodho,

254 sounds cool, I guess its just a primary key to different nations,
ITU being a global body is operated by resolutions agreed upon by
members, just like ISO, WTO, lobbying and negotiations are a key
component, considering the fact that we had East African Posts and
Telecommunications when we got the code , it would be interesting to
know how the decision was arrived at, as for the CCTLD, institutional
mechanisms are well defined by ICANN and with increased involvement in
ICANNs activities and support from bodies such as AFTLD .ss should be
a reality sooner than we can imagine, well done though..
