[kictanet] Khan; solution to teacher shortage

Hi guys,

The basic concept is not really new and I think some guys (e.g www.kst*
studies*.net) are already attempting to do it locally. That said, I like
Khan's almost intuitive methodology in implementing the classes.

The challenge to tackle would be to take it to the far flung parts of the
country.
