Thank you for refining my perspective.  We have developed a Energy Demand Projection Model and we would like to develop a user-interface for the same.  The rest of the details we are developing.  But it would help me if I had a feel of who is out there able to do this work.

Eric,

A user interface designer and a programmer are different. Perhaps u mean someone to program an interface that has already been designed?
Anyway, you will need to provide more info about the project if you want to attract the right ppl: What is the programming platform? What's the project about (Energy Demand Projection model???), ...
