Hi, Mc Tim

I am in Cairo, so I know it is back online. However, I will point out that
the POTS system was only working INSIDE EGYPT during the revolution. You
could not make an international call from a landline, only from a mobile.

"Egypt is back online tho. What folk there did
is dial in to eu dialup numbers set up by eu folk for just this
purpose"

This info is very helpful.
