[kictanet] WARNING: Dangerous Bypass

That is a good Idea. I will try to see if we can run a media campaign
warning motorists about the lurking danger on the bypass. I will try
talking with Maina Kageni of Classic 105 and Caroline Mutuku of Kiss FM and
I do my part in the Star newspaper.
