[kictanet] WARNING: Dangerous Bypass

Washington,

It is a very sad affair this killing. I actually carried a story in the
Star newspaper some few days back of a Kictanet member who was ambushed and
all his valuables stolen by a gang on this by pass. This was to alert the
public about the danger of using this route. As you said, it is better to
stick to the jam and I think police should be patrolling this route
regularly. A poblic campaign to discourage people from using this route
should be done lest more lives are lost. How do we go about it?
