[kictanet] WARNING: Dangerous Bypass

My gut feeling is all these incidents have are happening with full
knowledge/blessing of some disgruntled Police Officers.
Note that these police who "arrived soon after" did not (I am hope my
assumption is right) preserve the scene so that fingerprints can be lifted
off the exhibits. I am sure they asked such stupid questions as "can you
describe any of the gangsters" (just to be sure they know who to follow
later for the loot). Such is the pathetic ways of CSI equivalents in Kenya.
