nairobicity.go.ke has some interesting information. Noticed some outdated
emergency telephone numbers though.The site was up this morning. Down now.
Could be up later.

No CCoN telephone numbers are listed.

Earlier this year after discovering CCN sms short codes were not working
went to the CCoN. Was informed the CCoN has no telephony -- something to do
with non payment. They use personal mobiles there.

Hope "commissions" required -- up to 40% if not more -- are not keeping
decent technical firms from deploying ICT at the CCoN..

Without working contacts, how does the public inform the CCoN about poor
physical planning without having to go to their physical locations /
