Earlier this year after discovering CCN sms short codes were not working went to the CCoN. Was informed the CCoN has no telephony -- something to do with non payment. They use personal mobiles there.<br><br>Hope "commissions" required -- up to 40% if not more -- are not keeping decent technical firms from deploying ICT at the CCoN..<br>
