With this kind of content, it is little wonder that some of the graduates our institutions continue to churn out can hardly construct a sentence in either English or fluent Kiswahili.

Thank you for pointing this out. We really need better quality control on some of these GoK initatives.
The errors are LOL! if they were not so totally tragic . . . This should go on one of those Epic Fail sites.
