[kictanet] SMS and Online passport application tracking

Good morning listers,

We've been trying to track a passport application online and via SMS (short
code 2032) with no luck.
SMS to 2032 do not generate a response and the online tracking page at
http://www.immigration.go.ke/ has been removed.

Have these services been withdrawn?
