[kictanet] Statistics on Kenya Road Accidents

Henry,
It will be polite to ask if you can have access to data rather than
starting with complaining.  You know very well we are woking on Freedom of
Information Bill as well as an open data portal.  I have discussed the two
issues here.  The Government is digitalizing much of the data which of
course shall be available to you.

In most offices what you will be asked is what you need the data for. 
This actually is not bad but just to know who and why they need the data.

I have taken the liberty to request the data.  Until FOI is through, you
need a bilateral with me early Monday morning at 1am so that I can send
you to an appropriate officer.  There is no need to haul insults at the
Government before you even ask in a civil way.  As Dwight Eisenhower said
"Pessimism never won any battle".  Have an optimist weekend.
