[kictanet] The Safaricom money machine

With Android's apps marketplace and Nokia's Ovi catching on and the install
base of compatible low cost devices growing, maybe Safaricom should consider
providing some access to the MPESA API so third-party developers can build
applications for it rather than fully rely on the simkit.
