Question to the ITU Sec. General:
One of the biggest discussions at this (ITU) conference is
about the ITU’s future role and in particular its role in relation to
the Internet. This has been a source of argument for years, but one of
the biggest issues with the ITU is that its discussions are private and
only among governments, when governments are only one part of making
the Internet work.
