[kictanet] Who is ICT Board?

The ICT meeting at the coast was sponsored by Safaricom,  Its a connected
Government summit.

CEOs of all government companies, ministries (PSs), and big ICT players were
invited. The coordination was done through The Kenya ICT Board.

If you did not get an invite, and feel you should have, the person to lynch
is Kukubo. :)
