Thank you so much, for highlighting this...

Frankly, on a side note; One of the reasons we've been on this forum 
working away with 'hammer and tongs' on this broadband subject is so
that hopefully someone at cck and in the ministry could take note,and
hopefully provide leadership by bringing in the fold as many stake holders
to deal with this important subject, at this very important juncture in
the history of this nation. It's too important to be ignored at this time 
especially if we hope to retain leadership regionally as an economic and
ICT powerhouse on the continent. We will be overtaken, before we wake up
from this deep slumber.

"Broadband" as a national subject and priority needs urgent attention 
right away - not tomorrow. And this needs "boldness" and "leadership"
