thank you, for your comment:-) ....I wish someone would answer that
question....

bottom line, we are awesome innovaters, but what happens when crime is
committed, do we want to wait till then, if they have not taken place?

Still on the SIM  card registration, there is no law that binds me to
Register HURAY!

Secondly, does this registration continue till after 30th? a case and
scenario....someone is out of the country, they have been for the last month
and will be back after 30th July...what happens to them? they get
disconnected?then what?
