Any chance of getting the minutes of the last AGM before tmorrow? On the Kenic website you seem to have only minutes of regular Board meetings...

I recall the last meeting the Board was pushing the creation of some SPV (special purpose vehicle) to do some tasks and am not upto date how that ended...

Forum to be held on Friday 2nd of July 2010 at the Sarova Panafric Hotel
