[kictanet] Traffic Management using helicopters

Hi,

It is interesting how the Nairobi PPO feels that the solution to the traffic problems can be resolved by having a police helicopter circulating to get a bigger picture on the traffic.

Again another half baked idea, can we push for KDN to be given the contract to provide cameras and a monitoring center for the traffic police instead of having us depreciate a multi-million helicopter.
