[kictanet] how can the issue of the 3G licence fees be absolved?

Dear  listers,

As we appreciate the nature of technology to enable our today
functionalities, the Telcos also need a reprieve in the cost of doing
business. Though for any service provided there is nothing that is free. The
regulator should see into it that the licensing fee is business friendly for
all operators.
