[kictanet] IGF Mandate Renewed

Dear Colleagues - for those following the IGF, information is
that the UN General Assembly has renewed the mandate for another
5 years starting tomorrow. The 2011 activities will kick off with
open consultations in Geneva Feb 23-24. You will also remember
that Kenya has proposed to host the 6th IGF meeting at the end of
September.
