[kictanet] Orange intensifies war against cable vandalism

Most of these cable cuts have more to do with sabotage.

With such, it needs the industry regulator to stiffen monitoring that would
mitigate this acts. The business of "destroy" your competitor so as to win
business in unethical, old school and must be avoided at all costs.

Fundi wa Mitambo; thanks for paying tribute to orange where they deserve it.
It is through support of you, and the society at large that Orange shall
surely win this war on Vandalism.
