Agreed but where should discrimination of pregnant women in the IT industry
be discussed?

Have actually been thinking of a telecommuting policy for a while. Was with
a software entreprenuer recently who found a very good married software
developer living out of town (Nairobi). Problem was how to hire her  -
without disrupting her home - something she would probably not even
consider.
