[kictanet] Red Card for the Sheikhs

Good morning all,

I don't really see how this is related to the content of the proposed
constitution (and I think there are mechanisms to deal with such an
attempted ban on TV watching in the current constitution).

More importantly, it's not really an ICT issue, no?
