A cousin of mine applied for a job and was given an address through his mobile on where to get details of application as below.

I visited the site and do feel that it's some people out to make money from desperate job seekers. You  can look at it and make your conclusions. 

Now, if it's indeed conning, how do we deal with such situations? Do we have policies in place to handle such cases ?
