Hi Robert,

That central depository already exists at
http://lists.kictanet.or.ke/pipermail/kictanet/. There is a search box at
the top which isn't working but a fix is being worked on.
In the meantime Google comes to the rescue: You can use google to search the
archives by (as you may already be knowing) site:
http://lists.kictanet.or.ke/pipermail/kictanet/ "keyword(s)"
