[kictanet] IGF Open Consultations Online Participation

Dear Colleagues,
For those following IG there will be an opportunity to
participate online in the IGF Open Consultations to be held in
Genva on Wednesday and Thursday. Geneva time is currently 1 hour
behind Nairobi. The meetings start at 10 am to 6 pm Geneva time
and will be  Webcast (video and audio) in the realmedia format
which requires the realplayer. Online participants will be  able
to email, phone or skype in their interventions. I will send the
necessary links when I get them.

The purpose of the Geneva Open Consultations is to prepare the
ground for the Sharm-El-Sheikh 4th IGF meeting Novemebr 15-18. As
the name suggests, the meeting is open to everyone in the spirit
of the IGF and WSIS. The agenda and other input documents for the
