<div class="defangedMessage"><font size="2">For those following IG there will be an opportunity to participate online in the IGF Open Consultations to be held in Genva on Wednesday and Thursday. Geneva time is currently 1 hour behind Nairobi. The meetings start at 10 am to 6 pm Geneva time and will be Webcast (video and audio) in the realmedia format which requires the realplayer. Online participants will be able to email, phone or skype in their interventions. I will send the necessary links when I get them.</font></div>
