in the very old Telkom Kenya days, we used to accept it when they tell you that its because of the heavy rains that are currently pounding Nairobi...i wonder what they can say now..
but on a serious note - there seems to be an evolving and worrisome pattern here. jst hpe the much-talked about "foreign-hackers" are not testing their skills on us.

My Telkom Orange ADSL has been down for over 10 hours now. Still down.
As mentioned by others, maybe something good is about to happen.
