The ICT Consumers Association of Kenya with the support of the Ministry of
Information and Communications and Akiba Uhaki Foundation will be convening
an ICT Consumers conference . The Conference will seek to critically look at
emerging issues from a rights perspective and develop a consumers position
for the upcoming Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) forum on proposed
regulations under the Kenya Communucations Act.

Date: 12-13 November, 2009
Venue: Multi Media University (Mbagathi)
Time: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
