[kictanet] ICDL to be Gazetted: Is Open Office recognized?

Dr. Ndemo,

Is there any press release on this that we can refer to?

Kindly lets have that so we can all move towards the same direction. Of
course we all know that there are very many entities across the country
training on office productivity suites but no one knows whether they
graduate trainees with proficient skill sets.

We all support the efforts for competitive and standardized trainings that
are clearly vendor neutral.
