[kictanet] test from Shimanyula ...

I think Shimanyula was doing a test - and its loud and clear.  By the way, I had also somewhat been disabled and had to complain to myself after noticing that I had not recieved KICTAnet mail for 2weeks! Apparently the list server disables your account if it notices enough spam originating..
