Indeed in this era where success depends on the extent to which
organisations focus on there core competences outsourcing is an
important lever. Besides boosting confidence in outsoucing it
demonsatrates governement leadership worth emulating across other
sectors.

Along the same lines marketing of Kenya as an outsourcing destination
besides IT will go a long way in creating a vibrant BPO sector.
