Brian Munyao Longwe and Michuki Mwangi fit the bill for now.

Shem,despite of his superb credentials,I havent seen him do a lot for the
common IT guy around.Look at Michuki.....at least he has a record running
and so is Longwe........

I think in my ideal situation,we should look at it from who is closer to the
techies and their efforts in making the internet a better place to interact
with people.
