On behalf of the Ministry of Information and Communications, I wish to express our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of our fallen brother and colleague, Dr. Juma Okech.  It is his sober demeanor that enabled the e_government and the ICT sector flourish.  We shall greatly miss his contribution.

May the almighty God rest his soul in peace.
