[kictanet] merry xmas and great new year @2010

I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone in the sector a Merry  
Christmas and a prosperous New Year. 2009 was indeed a good year for  
the sector - the 4 big ICT operators finally got to settle and  
hopefully we will begin to c some cost savings. The 2 undersea cables  
finally arrived  and therefore we can now access the net at higher  
speeds. Members xchanged bad n good ideas but finally there was a  
solemn settlement. God bless us all.
