[kictanet] Advice on Mpesa

I have been a victim of the phone grab, and lot an expensive phone. They did
not transfer money but i was promised that the phone can be tracked because
i supplied the serial number to the police , who are suppose to be in touch
with safaricom fraud squad. I am still waiting!!!!
