[kictanet] Kenya IGF Meeting & Statistics - Census

I was counted yesterday morning. And true, the questions are detailed,
if used appropriately, then distribution of resources would be fair.
One thing which I'd wish in such an undertaking, is making the
individual's information accessible after, say, every nine years. I
hope, if we have data protection law in place, then it will be prudent
for such information to be made public. Overall, KBNS did a
commendable job, especially in training the enumerators.
