[kictanet] South Africa embraces ICT in polls

A few years back at the Safaricom offices, President Kibaki tasked
former Info & Comm Minister with implementing such "Digitization" in
government. What ever happened to that?

**Is PS Ndemo still tasked with implementing digitization?
