Dear All,
I am catching up with the ongoing debate but rather late.Much as it is right for me to ventilate my personal views openly without fear, it is also my duty to have courtesy and decorum. I may be wrong but better discuss the emotive issue with PS Ndemo in his office rather than engage him and stakeholders through the internet showdown.
Good day!
